Following the democratic presidential election of 2026, His Excellency Romuald WADAGNI was sworn in as President of the Republic before announcing the composition of the government tasked with steering national public policy.
Under the leadership of His Excellency Romuald WADAGNI, President of the Republic, Head of State, Head of Government and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the government team is working to consolidate Benin’s achievements, improve people’s living conditions, enhance the country’s appeal and support its economic, social, cultural and institutional transformation.
